Welcome to Decoden! The newest place on deviantART to share your Decoden creations! Big or small, we've got it all! But first, please follow and read our rules so you have the smoothest ride possible while you are with us! Rules are stated below! Thanks guys!

Proceeding, we currently have some rules and guidelines for becoming an affiliate with out group. These are quite basic and not demanding for the average group.

Affiliates can have any number of members. We're here to help you out if you are with us!

Affiliate groups must be for or about one of the following:

"Cute" Or "Kawaii"
Polymer Clay
Artisan Crafts
Lolita
Charms
Cute + Food

Affiliates must have a visible working icon, or at least one in progress (state this in the request!)

If affiliates do not acquire an icon after an extensive period of time, they will unfortunately be removed from our listings.

Sister groups have priority over regular affiliates (see below for more information).

If affiliates fail to present our icon on any part of their page they shall be removed.

We do not have to be featured inside of the Affiliates widget. Any widget may do on the condition out icon is purely visible.

Below we have some rules and explanations for becoming a sister and as stated above sister have priority over regular affiliates.

Sister groups always will have priority over regulars.

They will always be featured at the bottom of each journal with their icons. They must do so for us too.

They will have their contests and events automatically featured within our journals.

Their members are treated the same as ours and if Staff and one group request for us to block particular people we will for them.

We can only have up to nine sisters in one period of time. A sister can be removed for the following reasons:

Not displaying our icon within their journals on several occasions.
Failure to help/oblige our Staff members.
Group inactivity.
Banned founder (Automatic removal).
Failure to comply with basic group standards.
Failure to help work submissions for members.
